No existe una segunda oportunidad para una primera impresión. Todo normal al llegar el lugar estaba medio lleno. Fuimos por la carrera y las mimosas. Ni la carera ya que el tv esta a mitad de local (cosa que deberían modificar) y las mimosas nunca me las ofrecieron pq se tardaron más de 25 minutos en atendernos. Pedí una limonada que Azúcar no tenia. Me dieron sobres de azucar para endulzarla. Pedí un doble espresso que me llegó frío. Mi wrap griego sin pollo, la mesera nunca me ofreció la proteina. Pensé que por el precio lo traía y si no es asi arreglen en el menú para que seamos vegetarianos por desicion y no obligación. Me tuve que levantar a buscar servilletas y cubiertos pq cuando se los pedí a mi mesera se le Olvidó igual que el Buenos dias. El que fue y le gustó Fine. Yo no vuelvo a regalar mi dinero.

I’ve said time and time again that the bean is very important in coffee… but The barista is equally important. Outside of the United States, many countries, drink, coffee, smaller portions, stronger cup… In my opinion it’s a much better cup of coffee.
This particular location has some of the best coffee prepared like a latte. I’ve had it a couple of times, because of a wonderful cup of coffee… they use Puerto Rican beans yes, I know the often imitated but never duplicated Columbian beans Are scarce in Puerto Rico because they grow their own… But they do a very nice job of putting a cup of coffee together at this place.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly, parking is not an issue at all, and there is a drive-through if you prefer to get your cup of Joe to go.

We had a wonderful breakfast here with superb service from Alondra. The rest of the staff was quite friendly as well. Highly recommend this place if you are in Ponce.
