My husband & I love this place. It's definitely our go to spot whenever we just want to have a relaxing drink or meal. Atmosphere and staff is great - everyone's super friendly and just makes you feel comfortable. They have Trivia I believe every Wednesday which is really fun as well and there aren't a ton of teams so better odds at winning (even though we got crushed last time). We haven't had dinner here since they revamped the menu but we tried the lobster rangoons and damn! There were decent sized chunks of lobster in them which I feel like we've never gotten elsewhere even at higher end spots. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is great but Im in such distress because they took the chicken pesto panini off the menu, it was the best thing in the city (besides the tuna melt at Red Arrow Diner). But alas, sometimes you're the dumper and sometimes you're the dumpee.

Just moved to the area 3 years ago. The first time I was here I was pleasantly surprised, but also disappointed that I did not get a burger because almost everyone at my table did get one. They looked amazing. (I did not have a bad meal - Chicken Panini, very yummy by the way). So the next time I went I got the City Hall Burger on the pretzel bun & I've been hooked ever since. We have since brought neighbors, friends, visitors for the BEST burgers around. And the servers have always been great- super friendly & personable. Definitely a little gem in Manch!
