Used a free entree coupon with my wife, my bowl was more expensive and they used my free entree on hers without telling me that was happening. The correct thing to do would be to run the transactions separately, and use the free entree on the more expensive purchase. Also the bowls were lacking in size relative to other chipotles I frequent I would stay away from this establishment.

The food tasted really good but was very wrong. Definitely not what was ordered and definitely didn't get the stuff we paid extra for. We ordered online and I do not doubt that if we went in person to order these things wouldn't be wrong. We ordered the beef barbacoa tacos. They are delicious and I will definitely get them again. We did order hard shells and got soft shells instead. We ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, black beans, fajita veg, tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole for $3 extra. It was tasty except there was white rice, not brown, pinto beans not black and no $3 guacamole. We ordered another burrito bowl this one with chicken, brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans and $2 queso. Also tasty but also wrong. Again, white rice instead of brown, pinto beans not black beans and no $2 queso. Also there was barely any chicken in it, compared to the steak on the other bowl. Like I said, we ordered online and I do believe if we went there to order these mistakes might not have happened. Also the order was not ready at the pickup time and we stood and watched walk-ins come and go before our premade order.

I ordered two entrees and they messed up both pretty badly. No rice or beans???? No sour cream, cheese, lettuce, or corn salsa on either order. They are usually decent but missed the mark tonight.

Any time I see an order for Chipotle come across my screen, I'm as hesitant to accept it as I am for Popeyes, which isn't good. If you order from here, expect your order to be waiting a while for pick up. The management/staff created a system that purposely delays pickup/mobile/online orders by not utilizing the order pickup area literally built into the location. Instead, they store the orders in the back near the drive thru.
This creates a delay in receiving the order as none of the staff will assist you, as they are taking orders and making them. You either have to be rude and interrupt them, or hope one of them will ask you. I was told I cannot use the drive thru to pick it up, so I'm left standing there for their attention, or I have to get in the line and wait, while the order just sits in the back.
Put the orders where they are accessible to drivers/customers and this entire problem goes away.
