DO NOT EAT HERE! I recently ate here twice in one week. There's no consistency. Picked up lunch on a Tuesday, everything was good from the service to the food. Came back on Friday night to pick up dinner for 5 adults, and everything from the service to the food was awful. They forgot my wife's meal and I had to go back to pick it up. Then, when I got there, no one would come to the drive thru window, and I even called, and no one answered the phone. All this took place at 7:30 pm. So, I parked my car and went in. To my surprise, there was NO food being cooked on the grill, which definitely means whatever meat choice I made was gonna be dry and cold AF! There was a huge mound of tortilla chips on the counter that the server said were fresh, but I ate a chip before leaving the parking lot, and they were cold and chewy AF! Just flew into town and was hungry lol. This was hard to find for me. It's not in your face or well lit at night. Food was okay. Service was standard, they were nice but a little too much playing around. Seemed kinda young. On the website and on the door, this chipotle opens at 10:45 AM. I got there at 10:50 and The door was locked I proceeded to wait 5 to 10 minutes outside in the cold thinking they were going to open the door for me. When they finally did open the door, they didn’t say “sorry” or “were running late today” or anything they just acted like my time is worthless. Open when you say you’re going to. Get to work on time so you can be open when you say you will be.
