No steak when we walked up. Girl making food asked how long on steak and dudes response was “don’t have any prepped steak” How do you not have any prepped steak? Literally had ALL of the chicken on the friggen grill.

Started my order 2 burritos, one bowl, took too long to roll burritos over 5 mins food got gross cold and to finish order cashier took 10 mins had to refill juice stand then return to complete my order no sorry long wait just rude whole crew and atmosphere was so uncaring of customer service stay away from this awful place worst experience I have ever had at any chipolte ever my family we threw our food away was gross cold sad. I don’t usually go to chipotle but the staff weren’t as helpful and they would just stare at you. The salad was okay but none of the ingredients were fresh.
