I have been coming to this location weekly for a few months. Service has generally been average, but leaves some things to be desired. Ordering ahead doesn't provide you the benefit of an expedited pickup as you'll have to wait for them to serve the entire line while you wait for someone to hand you your order. They have the online order shelves tucked in the kitchen's entryway behind the register, so you can't pick up the order yourself. Either get in line to get your order made fresh, or find elsewhere to order ahead and pick up from. The guys who working who put the protains chicken or beef are very very careful to put decent portion on your plate. Obviously that's comes from management decisions....because you can read their body language they are careful....basically you just eat rice salads and corn with little beef. My husband and I had early dinner at this Chipotle location. I have dietary restrictions, and they actually allowed me to order from the kid's menu. My five-star review is because there was a gentleman doing several tasks at the front counter. His customer service skills were so good that I had to thank him for that. You don't see great service often. Great job for having friendly and nice people on site. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
