I always get the vegetarian sofrita bowl from here. They always load up the bowl, get my order correct and have it ready to go fast. Chipotle use to be one of my favorite restaurants to get a meal from. However, I recently ordered from this location and found a small bug crawling around in my food as I was eating. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to step foot into another chipotle again. Especially this location. I was extremely let down when I ordered Chipotle from the Schaumburg location last time, as the rice was undercooked. And this time at Sutton location either the rice itself or one of the ingredients is excessively salty, which is quite disappointing. I just had 2 bites and couldn’t do it anymore. I'd had several poor experiences at this Chipotle similar to what the other negative reviews have said. But it had been a couples months and wanted to make sure I was never going to try this Chipotle again. To my surprise, everything was great. Service went well. The restaurant was clean. I guess I could have gotten a bit more chicken in my burrito bowl but that's the same with every Chipotle. I guess the avian flu was really devestating or something. But I digress, disregarding the usual Chipotle/Rationstore portion issues, it was quite good. I'll try it again and hope it's as swell the next time. Have been to countless Chipotle’s over the years. Really love their food. Have never experienced such ineptness as I did tonight at this somewhat newer location in Streamwood. Placed an Online order. Food not ready when I got there 20 min later. Waited another 15 min while 3 people walked in, ordered and left with food?. Went to cancel and was told “it’s almost ready”???. Whaaaat? After ordering 40 min ago and already waiting there another 20 min?..for an online order?? No thanks..refused the food and left. To make matters worse, was told by the mgr (Noah) I had to call some number to get a refund? Drove home without food or my refund and extremely angry. Absolutely the worst fast food service I’ve EVER seen. I seldom write reviews. Had too with this. This location is horrible. I’ll never go back.
