Very organized and keep the customers flowing. Tried the Carne Asada bowl. Good but I feel it was skimpy on the beef. We order at other establishment like Alejandro's and more for your money. Small express set up with limited menu. Wife went with Chicken and said it was average. Busy but not crowded. It was okay but more like fast food. Will dine at other places with more atmosphere or offerings for that price range. What we didn't like is they ask if you would like guacamole or queso? They don't mention that there's additional charge and we're thinking along with it it's just part of it meal. This really adds up. Yes 🙌🏼 this Chipotle 🌶 is finally open‼️ Visited today and I must say… the service was amazing. Courteous, friendly, and welcoming service. The ordering and checkout process was fast too. The restaurant was clean and appealing. The food was fresh as always. 🥙🍴🌯🥗🥤 Love this East Mesquite location! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. I went in the chipotle thinking they would get me right. The lady gave me HALF a scoop of rice, a little bit of chicken, a little sprinkle of lettuce, and half a scoop of guacamole despite me paying extra for it. I'm not sure where they are getting these for proportion sizes from but DO NOT go to this chipotle if you expect to be full after eating the bowl.

How is it possible that Chipotle put their employees to work on Christmas eve and New Year eve? Do they think they don't have a family and life of their own? It is seen that the managers of these restaurants do not have even a little bit of love within their hearts. This is not how businesses are made successful.

This was my first time at this location. It was busy that's nothing new at any Chipotle. Here's why I'm giving 2 stars it was a lady who I am assuming was the manager. She was on the line standing over the other employees correct them with every scoop. It was 3 guys helping me she kept correcting them they could barely serve me because of her energy. Don't know how to explain this one other than saying I've never been told in so few words that "they are cooked in batches" and will not alter the process because you want chips without salt. My suggestion is don't put salt on the chips at all because your staff can't measure how much salt should be dispensed. I left the store very dissatisfied with the service. Tonight they made my night. I went in and got me a chicken and steak bowl they fixed it up so pretty as soon as I got outside, a cricket came inside and got on my jacket. Food flew everywhere. Needless to say I went in to purchase me another bowl because I just had to have my Chipotle. The nice gentleman at the register said you can have it, you just dropped yours. That was so nice of him. She could have charged me. Thank you for excellent customer service. Not to mention the place was so clean and nice along with the smiles

I'm literally in parking lot writing this due to being so pissed. I ordered online and was givin a 410pm ready time. I showed at approx 415pm. Therès two separate lines for previously ordered versus walking in. I show up with my daughter and wait in pickup line. I'm the first in line. I watch the cashier is she says to her coworker.."he must be here for delivery". Her coworker walks off of line and starts getting orders ready in front of me. Says NOTHING to me at all. A Hispanic lady literally walks up in front of me in line after waiting 10-15 mins later and she IMMEDIATELY gets her order. I was honestly pissed. Then she got the guy behind me, then me last as if nothing was wrong. I'll drive farther for my Chipotle and they will not get another dime of my money. Just being honest. I came back to review this place today and again once again they have shown that they are putting MOBILE ORDERS in FRONT of their present in-restaurant customers. Why? Customers in line are having to wait and wait while the line is stuck for a good amount of time not moving all because the servers and employees are filling mobile orders. If you want only mobile orders then just shut down your restaurant and say "Mobile Orders ONLY." They get my lowest rating for this atrocious service. May the manager take note and fulfill mobile orders separately. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
