I want to go with my daughter, my grandson. My granddaughter and 2 great granddaughters, and we had a great time. Food was good service was good. Good atmosphere, we would go there again and for those many people. As we had, the prices were produrational. Jennifer, our to go staff member, was so sweet and friendly. She was extremely busy at the time we were there to pick up our order, but took the time to be attentive and personable with us. Update. Just went again, 2/21/24, and the same thing. Good food. But third server in a row that can't keep drinks filled, disappears when you're done eating and waiting for a check. Had to flag her down for our only refill and our check at the end. We grabbed a busser for boxes. A gentleman behind me had a $12 bill, and waited 15 minutes to get looked at. I have gone here 3 times in the past 4 months. Every single time the service has been terrible. Today I went and it was by far the worst. Ordered drinks and appetizers, both came and she still hadn't brought silverware, napkins or straws. After raising my hand like a child for 20 minutes, she finally brought those things and took our order. Every time we needed refills we had to ask, even though she was standing around, staring at us and doing nothing! We saw many servers doing a great job but this woman was absolutely terrible. In the past, service has been ok. My last visit was on a Saturday evening, which may have been my mistake. Because we did not want to sit in the bar area, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. After 45 minutes, we just left and had a nice dinner just down the road. My star rating may not be accurate as I didn't have an experience there. We requested a booth not in the bar and told us about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed we were told again we had to wait until a booth for four would be available. We could see at least 2 booths that were empty and Clean. She proceeded to seat 3 other parties and we still didn't seated. We left and probably won't be back. Horrible situation.
