I eat here every once in a blue moon. The last time I was there I ask a waitress if they were hiring. She went and got the manager and he came out to speak to me. The entire time he was acting almost as if I was wasting his time. He asked about my availability and I told him the only time I couldn’t work was Sunday mornings, due to the fact I attend church. He immediately got a sour attitude and said “I’ll tell you right now, nobodies going to hire you if you can’t work Sundays, I can’t hire you with that availability” and walked off before I could say anything else. Mind you I never applied, I was simply eating and was just curious. There is a way to conduct business and that is most definitely not it. Ordered to go, for family of 3. Husband and son got great food. I ordered fajita trio (double steak and shrimp) and the steak fajita meat was a steak cut into strips, which is fine, but it apparently had been cooked a couple of times or sat under the warmers for a really really long time. Shrimp was rubbery as well like it’s been sitting in warmers or something for a long time. Tortillas were hard like chips and had some charred or burnt something rolled up in the foil with them… Paid $30 for this, my dogs got a great meal. Never been disappointed with Chili's in Weatherford before, but really disappointed this time. Glad I got a side salad. I won’t get into the beans and rice…. Really really upset with this. Lex, you provided excellent customer service with your patience and active listening. Thank you for being awesome! I ordered some burgers to go and opted to request the buns on the side to avoid sogginess. Well done, kitchen crew! Patties were not pink but not overdone, juicy and delicious. The food was very good. I had the smokehouse combo. The chicken strips were big and juicy and crispy on the outside, and the ribs were very meaty and perfectly cooked. The street corn was really good as well. My wife has the exploding quesadilla salad, and she was blown away by it - said it was one of the best salads she's ever had.
