I really love the chili old timer burgers, but the last time I ordered it was to Go,over the phone and the beef smells bad, it was like the grill needed to be cleaned. I really hope they can do better, because it's usually a good burger. Check your food. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My preschooler and I love to have lunch here; service is great, the lunch prices are a good deal and we don't feel rushed. The staff are so kind and accommodating! My only complaint is that they don't have milk for the littles... But the ice cream is egg-free so my little can indulge. I ordered to go And the lady on the phone was awesome to help me through my order. When I picked up the order I forgot my drink on the counter, she was so nice she was waiting n looking for me outside. I was having a rough day but people like these puts a smile on your face. Chili's was crowded when we went but they managed to seat us right away. Our waitress was very friendly and pleasurable. She stopped and took our drink orders immediately. She returned them in a short time and asked to take our orders. The wait was short when our food came out. After getting our food she checked to see if we needed anything. The noise was loud but didn't affect us. We alI found our food to be hot when served, a lot of restaurants serve there food Luke warm or cold. This was a pleasant and enjoyable dinner.
