our servers name was Lauren and she was the absolute most sweetest person! she double checked with me everything that was on my food to make sure I liked everything. she was very thorough with everything she did for us and didn't have us waiting a super long time for anything! she definitely needs a raise!!! we loved her company ❤ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I haven't been to Chili's in well over a year, but I felt to treat myself with the triple appetizer. I used to get it when I ate in the restaurant, and I've been going to this particular restaurant for over a decade. Chili's is probably my favorite restaurant ever, but I'm very disappointed in the food I got tonight. I thought to order a burger but instead chose the appetizer. Once again, they did not cut the egg rolls in half like they do when they serve it to you in the restaurant, may I ask why? If I'm paying the same amount of money, and they ask for a tip just to walk 10 ft out the door to your car, then why don't I deserve my egg rolls to be cut in half? Also, there was no meat in the egg roll, I swear on my life. If there was, it was so small that I couldn't taste it or see it, but there was plenty of spinach, black beans, and corn. It seems as if they have skimped on the meat, but the price is higher than it used to be, instead of lower, but the quality isn't as good. I got the big mouth burgers, two of them, and they were so salty, they were almost inedible. It tastes like they literally put salt on the actual beef. I hate onions but found them on the burger, and I didn't complain, I just took them off, but the salted burger was too salty. Fortunately, the Chipotle barbecue boneless wings were fantastic. They used to be so sweet, they were inedible. They made some kind of change because they were my favorite thing in the meal when it's normally the Southwestern egg rolls. I won't be eating here again for a long time, especially since it cost me almost $16 for the three appetizers, but it didn't come out the same as if I was to go eat in the restaurant. I'm disappointed but still gave the restaurant four stars. They need to treat people getting their food delivered the same as they treat those in the restaurant. By the way, my ranch was so watery that it was falling out of the dipping cup when I moved it, so what's up with that? Never seen ranch so soupy like that in my life. My burger came out hot and tasted very well. The waitress was very attentive and catered to our needs in the right times. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the street corn was old, rubbery, and dried out. Really was looking forward to eating that but overall visit wasn't to bad.

***** Update. I contacted them via the link they told me to in their response. And nothing came of it. I got not one response from them. So essentially they want you to think not he web that they care but in reality they do not. My kids sports teams eat either before their games or after and everyone wanted to go there and I refused to let them. So they are losing out on a 30 top table in sales weekly. I will continue to let people know about the lackluster service and their undercooked food. Along with them relying on the tabletop POS system and basically once your food is dropped off you never see your server again. You'll just die from thirst since they never return to give refills... Just left there. Horrible experience. The host pointed to our table and said you can go sit there after being put on a 30 minute wait due to short staff. Ordered a triple dipper and the chicken was raw. Completely raw. The southwest eggrolls were under cooked as well and mushy, the sliders were rock hard and could shatter a window. The waitress asked if everything was ok, I turned the plate to her and asked, " I don't know, you tell me?" She said hang on a minute and then never came back. NEVER. Disgusting food, nothing addressed by anyone there. We never saw her again. I should have walked out and not paid but then I would have been the bad guy. Go anywhere but here. Service Dine in

If you don't mind sitting at the bar, you get to bypass the people waiting for a table. You can order from the menu, and the bartender did a great job managing all the bar drinks and all the customers ordering. She was very busy checking on us frequently. I would do that again if there was a wait. A party larger than two and I would wait for a table. Problem: They are short on help, because we saw empty tables. The host and the bus boy could help more by pitching in and cleaning the tables. Never saw a manager.... but everyone came to the bartender for questions. Came into Chili's for the first time in awhile for a quick bite. Our server Ms.Toni was wonderful! I Cut my finger with my knife cutting my sandwich and she took care of it with a band aid and all. She was so nice and attentive. Good food. Came out fast too. Thanks again for everything! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had a great experience at this location. I'm not a big fan of the restaurant, in general, but I enjoyed my time here. The service was excellent! The menu is not very vegetarian friendly... Went to Chili’s for my friends birthday lunch. We were kind of dumb because we’re both homebodies that don’t really eat out a lot and we had no idea if we were supposed to wait at the front or get our own seats. We waited for about 5 minutes and someone told us where we could sit. The restaurant was nicely decorated and our hostess Elizabeth was very nice and understanding. I got the Cajun Chicken Pasta which was SO GOOD!! Highly recommend! My friend got what I believe was labeled “Crisp”? It was on of the chicken crisper dishes. She said she enjoyed it.
