My sister was in town for an appointment and contacted me about having dinner with her and my niece. I met up with her to catch up on recent events. I decided on the Three for Me meal deal, which included a drink, appetizer, and entrée for $10.99. I chose the Special Sauce Burger with loaded potato soup as the appetizer. I'd have to admit; it's been 9 years since I last ate at this Chili's. My last experience left me very much disgusted. But there have been quite a few changes since then and I am very pleased with my total experience a few days ago. Let's start with the staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff. There was a great deal of teamwork going on, it was great. A quick shout out to our waitress, Michelle. She was on top of everything: appetizers, drinks, and even quickly resolved a snafu with my order. So professional. And she did it all with a smile on her face. ❤️ The food was absolutely phenomenal 🤤 (excuse the drool). The cheese sticks alone are enough to bring me back. But the entre, ((I had the pick three grill house (? Think that's the name) with honey chipotle chicken, 1/2 brisket quesadilla, and 1/2 chicken quesadilla )) was delicious beyond the all expectations. I mean, I was definitely put into a different plane of existence 🤯. Definitely returning in the near future 😄, as long as the budget allows 😉. I Ordered burger bites with meat and cheese only and they brought it out wrong. I politely sent it back. Instead of correcting it, they wiped it off and brought it back out. I find that pretty sorry. Do better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Went out on New Year’s Eve. Just the two of us. Service was great! I haven’t eat at chilis in a while and boy, prices have went up. Which, I guess that is everywhere. The bacon chicken quesadilla was good and the burger was delicious! The ranch was runny and didn’t have much flavor. We ate off of the 3 for me menu for a little over $30. I wanted to get the Cajun pasta but didn’t want to spend that much on pasta. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dine in restaurant. Three adults and one child. Two adults ordered endless soup and salad, which was prompt. The other adult and child waited for over an hour without a refill or receiving their food. Finally after an hour, the adults food came out, but by then the other two adults had eaten and the child was hangry, so we told them to take it back and we planned to leave. I told the waitress that the child hadn't received their food, and her response was that "it had to be cooked, unlike the soup/salad". This was after we had been waiting for an hour, eating chips to keep ourselves occupied. We asked to speak to the manager, and were very polite. However, he did not seem to care at all and didn't refund the whole price for the adult and the child's meal. The waitress showed up to our table once to take our order, and never again. We had to ask the hostess for a refill after sitting on empty for over thirty minutes. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had. I am understanding when it is busy or you're low staffed, but for both the waitress and the manager to not show any care whatsoever just rubbed me the wrong way.
