I decided to treat my family to what i thought would be a nice dinner. This was the worse service I had. Every dish was incorrect. Iyssa was our server. 1. I received rice instead broccoli. By the time I got my broccoli I had eaten most of my food. 2. One of the orders received regular fries instead of Texas fries. 3. One order received cold quesdilla salad. She had to order another order. 4. We put in a order to go and the fries or sprite was not with the order. The waiter stated no fries were put on the order. The orde taker which was lyssa stated she put fries on the order. We had to wait until we got the full order. This was not what I expected from a business. I have never been to a restaurant where we had to spend a lot of time waiting for the correct oder to be brought out which should have been correct the first time. I Talk to the manager Alex and explain the bad service. She took off a couple items. I have no problem paying for quality food. The food overall was not of quality whatsoever. Server was rude and did not listen to us. Food was subpar unimpressed with this chili's location. There was dressing or cheese or something liquid spoiled right by our table so you couldn't walk anywhere without risking stepping in it. Wasn't cleaned up for over 30 min. Service was great but the food was very subpar - the enchilada soup was good but the bbq boneless wings were horrible, smelled like the were dipped in hotdog juice - didn't taste like bbq at all, I didn't even eat the rest after the first bite Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
