I was meeting someone for the 1st time and the Waitress we had couldn't quite figure how to place my drink order of tito, with pineapple and just a splash of cranberry juice. I received my drink mixed with cranberry and the pineapple juice in another glass. I told her I didn't want my drink red at all. But the wings we ordered were hot, and delicious. So I went here for lunch and got the bottomless soup and salad. They were very busy and very understaffed according to the manager whom I spoke to. Me and my boyfriend were there for 2 hours and I had gotten my first bowl and salad right on time. His burger took a bit longer but worth it because the food was amazing. We Ran out of drinks and I tried to flag both of the waiters down 2 times each. Making that 4 times. I tried “maam, sir, excuse me” I even waved my hands and nothing got their attention. After waiting almost 30 mins I finally got soup and was waiting for my salad but still no drinks. I did not want to choke on my food so I waited. After an hour I got ahold of a manager and told them I understand they’re busy but an hour for my food and only one cup of drink was a little ridiculous. Also! Because no one was paying attention they kept charging me seperate for everything. So my bill was almost 60 for a meal I never even got. My only complaint is we received really slow service. We were a big party of about 24/25 people, but there was only 1 waitress serving us( she was great). Also, I'm not sure how many cooks were in the kitchen. The manager on duty was also great, interacted with our group, and kept apologizing about the delay in serving us. The restaurant wasn't even crowded . It was a Monday afternoon after 1pm. There was also a computer problem that dropped 3 or 4 of the tables' food orders, leaving 3 family members having to take their meal home with them. I must say, though, that those of us who finally got our orders really enjoyed the food! My swiss mushroom burger was fantastic! I have eaten ribs at a lot of restaurants, food trucks, and family outings, and I have given a lot of reviews, but this review is without exaggeration. To this date, I have not tasted ribs better than these ribs cooked by this chef at this Chili's restaurant! OMG!!!! MAN SAY!!! The service at the Cedar location has gotten 10 times better. I think they are under new management. The hostess was so sweet and even advised us to sign up for free chips and salsa. Our server was a young man. Appearance on point! He had some beautiful locks. Service was prompt fast and hot food. He brought out extra ranch and drink refills without us even asking along with napkins. One of the best experiences that we’ve had. We always sit in the bar area and Jose does trivia with guest love him too! Great way to interact.
