Ok so first of all I am not someone to leave reviews on a business but the way my server treated my friends and I tonight was not very nice and I don’t think I been treated this way at a restaurant in so long. At first I thought I was the only one who noticed she was being very passive until I found a hair in my food that was very clearly my servers hair. When I said something about it she was very rude and passive and tried to deny it . The hair was a light brown almost kind of red. I have green hair so it would have been very clear if it was mine. I didn’t make a big deal out of the hair. All I did was ask for new fries because that’s where the hair was found. At the end of the meal when we were sitting around talking and waiting for my ride one of my friends and my self heard our server, Elvira I believe was her name, talking to one of her co workers calling us liars. I could have made a bigger deal out of the situation and asked for a manager but as someone who’s worked retail/customer service for many years I tried to be cool about the situation because I get it. In retrospect I should have brought the issue to the manager especially considering the fact that she was accusing us of lying. I would also like to add that I am currently five months pregnant and it’s mind blowing that this is how Elvira treats her very hungry and very pregnant guests. Besides the hair in my food I almost forgot to mention how she didn’t even bring me any silverware when I got there and the chips and salsa I ordered with my three for me came with nothing but crumbs.. there was no full chips on the plate. I went here with my mom, and sister. And while the food tasted good. I could tell the sizes got smaller again :( It's a nice place to eat dinner. But right now I would not consider returning for a good while. This restaurant is becoming a "treat", such as I would only dine here once or twice a year. This location is pretty nice now. I used to come here years ago. It's been updated very modern and CLEAN. Our waiter Michael was great! Super friendly and very nice. We both got the 3 for meals. I can't believe the size of the Chips & Salsa we both received full sized. I was expecting a much smaller portion. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Crispers and my wife had the Secret Sauce Burger. Onions were raw on it. Overall I gave 5 stars. Everything was great, and the price was right on point. Will return soon.
