My daughter and I went to this location after I attended my company’s quarterly meeting. We were so excited to get from from here after driving 45 minutes each way. After passing out the food to our surprise we experienced black curly strands of hair in our food after taking a bite. I called the location to address the matter and was informed that they would issue a refund for the inconvenience. Not only did this location not issue a full refund as promised but they did not handle the matter in the appropriate way. My family and I are beyond disappointed and disgusted is an understatement! I was so happy when this location opened. Since Chick Fil A stopped making the chicken salad sandwich, this has been my go-to. Neat, quiet, not so friendly staff, but i don't care. Love the sandwiches. Back to edit my review to 5stars, the staff has since improved and are very friendly and nice. I appreciate the good use of feedback.
