If I can put 0-star then I would!! I am so disappointed with this store! I ordered worth $90 food today through Doordash and this store did not give me the Chick-n-Strips meal. I called the Chick-fil A store at Walnut Creek to address the situation because one of my staff will not eat because of the missing food and the sad part was the lady manager on duty who answered my phone call blames the Doordash for the missing food! Wow, what a unprofessional and rude customer service that it is!! I got the delivery from the Door Dasher and the bag was sealed. Unbelievable and unprofessional customer service. Dropped my car for or a regular service at AAMCO and was walking back home when I saw this place. I am not a big fan of fast food, but why not in the morning? Walked in and loved cleanliness, space and music. Food is good for fast food, ordered #1 chicken sandwich inside amazing pastry and cute little hashbrownies are enjoying in my stomach right now. I do not know how I will feel afterwards, but for now hot coffee makes life brighter). Service: young, polite, diverse crew! Atmosphere: clean, good music, tranquil and uplifting! There was no one inside, but there was a very long drive-through line. When the gym (next door) is packed, it can be challenging to locate parking in the lot, and the store appeared to be very crowded.The condiment area is well-stocked and the bathrooms are spotless. Everything turned out to be very tasty. To make sure they included everything you wanted, I advise double-checking the receipt and your to-go bag. They have forgotten to add sauces more than once and typically don't repeat the order. The gluten-free bread is decent, albeit a little dry. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This Chic-fil-A was very busy. As with other units the employees were friendly, and as all ways the food is delicious. We got our order promptly too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Even though the building was packed full, the service was quick, the food came out incredibly fast, and everything was delicious. To top it all off, one of the kindest workers ever Kerry offered to get us refills, and brought them to our table! I ordered via mobile app. my order was incomplete and when I told them that my two mac and cheese were missing they said let me see all the bags, I mean why am I going to lie about that? I paid for to Mac and cheese, so I have the right to ask for them. When finally they gave me my 2 missing Mac and cheese, they gave it to me in a bad condition. This is the first time I been at this at this restaurant and wasn’t impressed. At other locations employees are friendly and polite and treat customers with respect.
