Ordered on the app for delivery and when the food came my nuggets were missing. I called and all they told me was it wasn’t their problem even though they packaged the food😐Couldn’t even stop by to get the food THEY forgot to put in. 1/10 experienced. very disappointed Service: 1

This location makes me so upset . I go to different locations often and they never forget to put my condiments . I’ve gotten accustomed to not checking my bag because my items I requested are usually all there but for some reason this is the THIRD time with this location my salad dressing or straw isn’t in the bag. Oh and don’t expect napkins, they will never give you those . Nothings sadder than a salad you can’t eat and you don’t feel like going back out to get what you asked for. Also there’s a certain level of unprofessionalism that I’ve witnessed at the drive through. The teens are more concerned with their convo with their coworkers then putting straws or condiments in the bag. I’ve overheard conversations at the window that I know have to go against company policy. I think they need to retrain the window team because the ball is being dropped in so many ways . Everyone is really nice but the attention to detail isn’t their and the awareness not to have certain convos within ear shot of customers is way off. Well me head back and pick up my creamy salsa dressing and avocado lime ranch since that’s something that’s not just laying around the house 😡. Me and my wife order our food online 10 min before we got there. We waited an extra 10 min before anyone even interacted with us and assisted us. The food took 30 min to come out for a single chicken sandwich combo. The chicken sandwich was cold and it tasted like nail polish. If I could rate it a negative 5 star I would. Something is wrong with their ice cream machine. I’ve been coming to this Chic-Fil-A for the past 10 years. The texture of their ice cream is more like a slushy than actual ice cream. So since I’ve only been coming to this Chic-Fil-A for so long, I thought that’s just how Chic-Fil-A’s ice cream was. Then I moved from Lake Worth to Northside and the first time I noticed something was off, was when I went to the newer Chic-Fil-A on Main Street in the Stockyards. And their ice cream was so thick and rich and creamy. Went back to lake worth, and again it was more icy like a slushy. It’s hard to notice if you don’t eat Chic-Fil-A as often as I do. Then I decided to checkout all the neighboring Chic-Fil-A’s. I went to the Chic-Fil-A on West 7th by Montgomery Plaza, the one in White Settlement off of Clifford, the Chic-Fil-A on Hulen by Central Market, and the Chic-Fil-A in WestWorth, all of their ice cream are consistent in texture, thick and creamy like Dairy Queen’s. The only Chic-Fil-A I’ve noticed is different in texture is the one in Lake Worth. I don’t know how ice cream is made, but it’s almost like they dilute their ice cream, don’t add enough milk or something. Why are all the neighboring Chic-Fil-A’s consistent in texture but Lake Worth’s isn’t? 🤔 I eat Chic-Fil-A about 4-5x a week, it’s a bit of an obsession. Will update this review with other ice cream photos from other locations. I arrived here for lunch. My original intent when I arrived was to get some waffle fries, some chicken tenders, and some lemonade since they have the best lemonade. As I stared at the menu, I realized they had some mango-flavored beverages. I love to experiment. I tried the Sunjoy flavor. The only regret I have is that I didn't get it in a larger cup! Chick-fil-A is the standard that all other fast food joints should strive to be like. And the one in Lake Worth never lets me down. Fast service, food is always great and correct I might add, and the restaurant is full of happy employees ready to give out exceptional customer service. Come on guys, you can do a little better. Picked up an order in the drive thru, just got home and found a half full order of waffle fries. No way I'm driving 30 minutes back but come on.
