This was a referral from a friend. A place I had probably passed a hundred times. I'm so happy I tried it. I highly recommend eating here or getting it to go. The food is awesome! The price goes up. I cannot find good pupusa in WA. I had to come to chepes when I visited Portland. Pupusa is bigger. I just ate one. It was good and tasted the same. Parking can be a challenge. Absolutely delicious Salvadorian food! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We ordered too much food! Plantains and beans, tacos, papayas, a pickled slaw. Fun ambiance!
