The place is neat and clean and taken care of. Plenty of seating. They have a casino room to the right when you walk. The food was delicious and prices weren't crazy expensive. Very clean restaurant. We ordered dinner combinations with a side of pan friend noodles. Aside from the pan fried noodles, everything was great! They have yummy drinks as well. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent food, beer and wine selection. Peaceful, serene, atmosphere. Diligent and well kept staffing that provides 5 star service with welcome home exuberance and eagerness. Vegetables were a little under done, too crunchy for my liking. I ordered the double mushroom shrimp plate. Large portions. The Long Island iced tea was definitely worth every penny. Service was outstanding. Would've given another star if the veggies were cooked. Great food and very large portions. I bet I could have bought one to go and split it with another person. They have a cool fish tank. Very ADA friendly. 5 slots if you're into that kind of thing. Definitely support this business! I've been to a LOT of Chinese Restaurants all over the West Coast and this place is AMAZING! The service is absolutely incredible. The food is SO DELICIOUS & at a reasonable price! The portions are large. Not a lot of extra spices. I have a sensitive stomach, have eaten here multiple times and Never had anything sit weird on my tummy. I am beyond impressed with this place. Very Clean, Very Nice Staff, and Excellent Food! Best Chinese food that I have had in the longest time. Everything we have ordered has been outstanding. Prices are reasonable and portions are awesome. The staff is very friendly too. The chefs do a great job at preparing the food. The menu is quite extensive. Unfortunately, we not from the area. We travel in our RV around the nation. Outstanding food for a great price. We come down to Florence every so often for the ATV recreation areas and have tried most of the restaurants in town. Chen's has quickly become one of our favorites, but come hungry, or be prepared to bring half your plate home because they serve A LOT of food. Highly recommend.
