Second time here and both dinners were amazing. Great spirit forward cocktails with creative appetizers! Wine list that is large enough to please almost anyone, but not overwhelming. The Bison short rib, deviled egg appetizer, and brownie sundae wer the absolute stars of the meal! The short rib was incredible especially when paired with a Pinot noir! Went there last year, steak was over cooked. Went last night and mashed potatoes were dry and had zero flavor. I'll try it one more time and then thats it. First 3 times it was great, something happened to Chase's, it's not worth it anymore. First visit, definitely not the last. Extremely busy on a Saturday at 6pm however the vibe and atmosphere is very nice. Really impressive establishment, especially for a first timer. Took a minute to get a drink. Helps to pre-game in situations like this. Had a party of around 8, with reservation. We were seated in a reasonable time, and once at our table service was fantastic with no waiting on food and drink. Recommended. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
