1/18/2024 - OMG. the food is so good! i got a Balsamic Date Chicken bowl - (grilled chicken, eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, corn, brown rice, spinach, balsamic date vinaigrette, more). I got the dressing on the side when asked. I chatted with the friendly woman who filled my order, asking what she recommends and how lucky they all were to eat this food every day! When I got to the counter, the Cashier just MADE MY DAY! The company allows them to randomly choose a customer to push the "heart button" or was it "love button" for To offer a meal up for free! I was blown away - I was not having the best day, so to be granted and chosen for this act of kindness, just changed my mood immediately. Thank you for choosing me. That was my 3rd item to try on their menu and cant wait to try more.

[vegetarian friendly] Cava's fresh, flavorful Mediterranean fare is undeniable. Each bite of a build-your-own bowl or savory pita bursts with vibrant flavors and quality ingredients. I can't fault the food – it's truly a step above your average fast-casual experience.
However, the dining experience at Cava falls short when it comes to service. The rush-through ordering process feels more like a transaction than a culinary journey. The staff, while efficient, often comes across as impatient and disinterested in guiding customers through the menu's plethora of options. I felt pressured to make quick decisions, leaving little room for exploration or customization. This is a shame, as Cava's menu offers endless possibilities for personalization.

I ordered online, food was correct, but it wasn't ready by the pickup time (2:15 pm, not even during a lunch rush). They don't put the pickup orders on the pickup shelf, you have to awkwardly stand near the register and wait for them to say your name or ask you.
I stood waiting for a good 10 minutes (along with a few other people) before they asked for my name. Then another 5 minutes (they went back to making other orders) before they decided they must have lost the ticket. Then another few minutes for them to make my food after they reprinted the ticket.
It would have been so much faster to just come in and order it there. It seems like everyone is ordering ahead and they're just swamped with those orders, even during off peak times.

I moved to Boston from New York & finally found my favorite restaurant. The workers & managers at this location or amazing & or very kind. I had an extremely bad day & the kindness & professionalism of this staff is pass any experience from any other cava restaurant I have been to & believe me I been to many. I literally drove from New York back to Boston over the holidays & refuse to eat or stop until I made it to this specific cava location. I appreciate this staff & I never leave reviews but they are deserving.

My wife and I ordered premade bowls.
Both were delicious, good size portions.

Staff consistently make mistakes at this location, I have more than once had my order made incorrectly including have ingredients I told them I was allergic to. I also cut open the lamb meatballs to find them completely raw in the middle. The food tastes good but mistakes like this will make people sick.

Omg so delicious 😋 I'm so happy we have this amazing restaurant in our town. So fresh and full flavor. Super friendly staff and helpful. Great first time experience. My new favorite spot.

The customer service I received today was just plain awful. I placed an online order that had a promise pickup time of 8:45. I arrive and had to wait more than 30 minutes. I guess the system was down? Ok, the system is down. I’ll brush it off and empathize. It happens I guess. I finally get my order 45 minutes after the promise time to only get home and have my order be incorrect. I had placed an order for a pita with chicken. However, I get absolutely no chicken, but falafel/lamb, meatballs instead. One would think the server would know the difference. Good thing I’m not allergic. Called to figure out how to get my money back, but shocker, no one answers the phone. So frustrating when after a long stressful day you think you got dinner figured out, to it really not being figured out. Last time I go to Cava due to workers who can’t even get an order right. Let’s not add the sass upon kindly inquiring about my order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:45 as is labeled on the receipt as “promise time.” Not worth my time or drive.

What a pleasant experience! My bowl was delicious. One of the team members, Wo, was terrific; he patiently explained all the options and made me feel welcome. I’ve been to other Cava’s and like the chain, but this one worker made an otherwise good dinner truly exceptional. Thank you!
