We looked for a place to hold my mother’s birthday party and selected Casper’s. The food was wonderful varying from steak to a surf and turf to the oversized half rack of ribs that I had. The meat was wonderfully favored and was fall off the bone ready. The staff did a great job on a Friday night of keeping up with our party and being accommodating to our party’s needs. The owner even came and did a whimsical song for my mother. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for helping to create wonderful memory for my mother. My first experience with Casper's was about 25 years ago. Someone told me if I wanted a good steak and a good atmosphere for a special time with my partner, to try them and that I would not be disappointed. Boy, were they right. I've since moved away from Minneapolis, but whenever I'm in town I try to make a point of visiting. This trip reconfirmed that the food is superior, reasonably priced, and the service and atmosphere is top notch. The steak was one of the best I've ever had even comparing it to steakhouses that cost way more (I'm looking at YOU, Ruth's Chris). No difficulty getting a reservation on a Saturday night for four. The kids steak is particularly a good deal! Bring the kids! It's not just for mom and dad!
