Multiple times we have tried to order pizza for pick up for dinner and they have canceled the order saying they were closed hours earlier than the actual closing time of the store. Tonight we ordered at 840 a simple cheese pizza and wings and got called 5 mins later saying they couldn’t do the order because they were closed. This is a big inconvenience for a Friday night in Nora springs when we hardly have anything else to order. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Its a good little store for a small town. There are a few lightbulbs burned out but the cashier knows about it. The Cashier also acknowledged the bent light fixture by the fountain drink area. The pizza is good. Also, I didn't know there the straws where but the cashier helped me find it. UPDATE 10/24/23: The Store has completely been renovated and the problems above were all addressed. Worst convenience store experience ever! First, only one bathroom. And a filthy one at that! Seriously, in the age of Covid have we learned nothing about proper hygiene? The worst part of the experience was the staff at the register. All they did was bicker with each other. And why did they need three people behind the counter? They were rude to both customers and to each other. Shut this place down!

i yih yi , usually caseys makes me a pretty good pizza, but this time i think that went south. its the worst pizza i ever had from caseys, hardly any sauce at all.other than that it probably would of made a good pizza.who likes a pizza with No sauce on it?
