Reuben
The food is good and the atmosphere is nice, especially the dinning room during the holidays. The food is made to order so it's understandable that it takes a little longer to come out and is often worth the wait.
However, the wait staff in the dinning room are obviously tenured into this establishment and it's a crying shame because with some nicer servers this place could really reach the next level.
You can tell the younger more friendly staff are allocated to the bar to elicit more tips from people drinking but (the mostly older female) servers on the dinning room side are usually, seeming completely overwhelmed even when the number of people in the restaurant is laughable and they almost all let that come to the surface as rude and indignant.
Hire some fresh, friendly faces and your restaurant would certainly be better.
