This is a great pub hidden away a bit about a mile from Route 9 with views of Saratoga Lake. We ate here 2 times in the past couple months and were happy with both dinners. Most of us ordered burgers or sandwiches and they were all very good. The buffalo wings were also good - cooked crispy - but probably could have used a bit more buffalo sauce. Very cozy place with amazing views of Saratoga Lake. Food specials nightly. In the summer there's a large patio are with an overlook of the lake. It gets very busy in the summer. They have live music in bar over the winter, its not easy to get a seat there unless you're an hour before. In the summer they move out to the patio with much more seating. We are so lucky to have Carson’s in our neighborhood. It’s our go-to for summer nights on the outdoor patio, football Sunday at the bar, live entertainment, and delicious drinks and meals. The menu has something for everyone and I’ve tried it all. Whether you want pub food favorites, fresh salads, elevated wraps and sandwiches, or entree staples and specials, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is dedicated to making your experience a great one and the owners are on premise much of the time to ensure quality is top notch. Can’t say enough about this casual restaurant that delivers a delightful experience for guests time and time again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
