Update: 17Feb24- BARF!!!! Got the sourdough bacon burger (should be called Baconless Burger), what a terrible burger. LOL the 1/2 piece of bacon for the whole sandwich. Charbroiled now means frying frozen burger patty on a flattop. Tastes just like every other frozen burger. As soon as I opened the burger I threw the super dried "sourdough" bread away (could have used it for croutons), then using a fork took a bite of the burger patty "PUKE". Yeah that went into the trash too. Onion rings taste like pastry or something. I don't like sweet onion rings especially the coating on them. Fast Food has become expensive yet, the standards and taste have dropped tremendously. When you hear the word "Charbroiled" you think something close to a homemade grilled burger, well forget it, it's just a nasty frozen patty cooked like everyone else in the fast food biz cooks them. Nothing special here. Another wasted $10-15 bucks for a meal that isn't even mediocre and went into the trash immediately. The best thing in this meal was the drink (diet coke). Got chicken sandwich, the chicken was burned black, like that's not unintentional there is no way you look at that and say "looks good let me serve this to the customer spending money on it". Fries were coldish like some were fresh and some were very old. And I had to reiterate a few times that I did not want onions, tomato, and lettuce and I still received onions on two other burgers. I asked for no ice in a drink for my friend and there was ice in it, I told the man at the drive through that I wanted no Ice and he waived his hand and said "nah man I already made it" but I believe he might have fixed it If I were more stern but I don't like pushing my luck with the people handing the food I'm gonna put in my body so I just dealt with it. The worse ever cheeseburger and customer service. Had no idea when I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup or speical sauce that it meant that you get a hamburger patty with cheese and bread. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomatoe. No pickles. The fries were greasy and cold. If you want more than meat and cheese you have to say “Famous Star” said the rude person who answered the phone when I called about it.
