After having come quite a few times by now, I can say without a doubt that the atmosphere is amazing. The staff and guests alike are almost always friendly. I know how difficult it is to treat each and every guest with a smile and excitement, but Michelle today was brilliant and put in 100%. Excellent work! The food could use more customization options (but I'm sure that is likely a corporate decision that they do not have a say in) and every once in a while the team members do not seem interested in the guests, rather treating them more like a task they have to do instead of a person to interact with. Everytime I go to this location, they are so quick and efficient. I don’t feel awkward around the staff, very personable and approachable. My drink is always made to perfection. I like my drink a specific way (extra raspberry and light) and typically at places I feel awkward for asking, but here they are so accommodating. Love it! I'd like to point out that I go to this Caribou on a frequent basis (at all times of the day) and I have NEVER received poor service! I am always greeted with a cheery 'Hello!' And thanked for my order! It is one of the better caribou coffee shops as it is clean on the inside, and the food & coffee drinks are prepared faster than any other location. Thank you for taking such good care of me! Got my wife a pumpkin latte and it was only full about halfway. Pretty nuts for an almost $7 drink. Didn’t check it till i was back home or would have gone straight back. Definitely check your drinks right away!

I went to this location today, and I ordered a medium vanilla crafted press with light ice. Not only did the drink not taste right and had the sugar mixture with chunks everywhere, I’m pretty sure the vanilla was completely missing. Also - definitely got EXTRA ice. Not light. Truly disappointing because it was gone after 5 sips.

I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The building is very clean and well appointed. There is a fireplace and the chairs and tables were pristine and mostly available for seating. Service was quick and accurate. Another perk is that this place is also a Brugger’s Bagels! Definitely one of the nicer Caribou Coffee places around. I recommend!
