It’s always a gamble trying to find a great place to dine when traveling. And when you travel for a living, finding a great place to dine is *the best*. I definitely hit a home run stumbling upon Cake Batter Batter. My favs? The breakfast scramble, burrito, and taco. But don’t sleep on that light and delicious blueberry scone. Grab couple cookies while you’re at it and if you’re hungry for lunch, a baked potato is probably in order. A root beer float? No regrets here. But hurry. Cause they’re only open until two. Tomorrow I think I’ll try the taco salad I heard someone order while I was in for my second time today. The only thing better than the food. . . the service. The lovely owner and her staff couldn’t be more delightful and welcoming and clearly keep the people coming back. I love this place and I can’t wait to be back in Eureka to visit! I’ve been to Cake Batter Batter several times and have tried the breakfast, lunch, and the delicious desserts!!! My favorite breakfast item by far is “The Bomb”!!!
