What an amazing little place. The pizza was top notch, and the chef whipped up some mussels for us that were out of this world! Highly recommend this to anyone who likes good food in a cute atmosphere.

This was one of our favorite meals in Cruz Bay! I had the Vodka Penne and my bf had the chicken parm. SO delicious! Service was great in this cozy atmosphere.

Under new ownership and a new chef, Cafe Roma is back! The food, service and atmosphere is once again amazing.
It has reclaimed it's place, in my opinion, as the best pizza choice downtown. Try the Island Pie, you won't be disappointed. My better half had Penne with Broccoli and she loved the light garlicky sauce and the perfectly cooked pasta and veg.
Both desserts were quite good, the Key Lime Pie was very well done, not too tart not too sweet and a beautiful crust.

The food was great. We had mussels, spaghetti and meatball, Caesar salad, pizza. The space is lively and for St. John, it’s one of the better $ values.
