I love this restaurant! I have been waiting for a new Cafe Express to open near me since they closed the one in Market Street years ago. However, the service now is TERRIBLE!! The person who took my order was not at the front when I arrived and we had to wait for them to come from the back. Once she did arrive, she was slow and not familiar with the menu. There were 3 of us in my party and we were asked to use the same order number, which is fine, BUT that should mean we receive our food at the same time. This did not happen. They delivered the food at 3 separate intervals and never asked if we needed anything or if everything was made to order. I feel this restaurant is in dire need of new management or more training of their employees. Customer service should be just as important as the quality of food and their food is too delicious to have lackluster service!
