Both things we ordered were made wrong, but it was lunchtime and they were super busy so it’s not the end of the world. Food was still delicious and their Reuben sandwiches, even when they are accidentally made on wheat instead of rye, are top notch.

Honestly I come to this store every night. There is a worker I believe his name is Don. He’s always extremely rude to customers when I’m in the store shopping. I usually just ignore it. But last night it made me extremely uncomfortable. He was full on yelling at customers and straight up arguing with them. He had an attitude with them from the moment I came in. He’s always yelling at someone it seems like. But last night was the final straw. Full on telling customers they were crazy and trying to kick them out of the store when they were getting ice cream. It’s pretty disappointing I come to this store all the time and everytime this person is working they’re rude to customers. I been in retail for 2 years and I understand it gets hard but I dealt with it. This man is always in a mood when I come into the store. Never towards me but always towards others and it’s messed up something needs to be done. I called the manager and she knew exactly who I was talking about when I complained. And she said to me that people are always calling and complaining about his attitude. Something NEEDS to get done. I used to love coming here to get my late night snacks. But honestly it makes me uncomfortable going into the store now because I’m constantly worried about his whole attitude towards others like there’s no reason he needs to speak to people in such a rude manor.

I never went through this kind of disrespect from an employee at Byrne dairy he has a very bad attitude and don’t need to be handling customers at all no respect,I am a manager and will never treat people the way he treated me and my boyfriend… refused a sale after he already sold items to him!? Then I go in to try and buy the milk on WIC and he refuses me and I had nothing to do with what happened All because he doesn’t know how to do WIC!? really Byrne dairy need to fire him I’ve been going to Byrne dairy and never went through this before! And as a past employee I never treated people that way! Very rude and disrespectful I want corporate number to report him! He also called the cops on us because we refused to leave? Really all I asked is why would you not sell us milk if you already sold to us? I waited for the cops to come and spoke with the officer about the situation he also threatened to trespass us! Giving the rating 1 star is sad because he doesn’t even deserve that! Date 6/27 around 11:45 so there is no reason to not say you don’t know who it was!

Went in 5/28 at around 8 am. Brought my FOLDING bike through the door and immediately was told that i cant park it inside, even though there is no designated bike rack and i had never had a problem before. I don't see why i should risk my bike being stolen because there is literally NOWHERE to chain it up. Also the attitude on the cashier seems like they don't pay her enough, she needs to smile more. P.S.- store is in horrible shape, empty shelves and miserable faces.

Came in with my two children, ordered milkshakes. The girl who was behind the counter gave me nothing but attitude, barely said a word. Left the register so a line grew the the entire length of an aisle, while other people were working and not helping. Your RUDE employee then hands me the milkshakes, I said thank you, she ignored me, then I spoke up and said thank you! And she still ignored me. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.

I come into here daily so doesn't my friends I always get a sandwich and several drinks I spend a lot of money here today I was very disappointed as I walked in and Barb was waiting on me in the deli I got nothing but attitude from the 2nd I walked up to the counter She was very unpleasant and rude I will no longer be visiting this dairy due to it this place should have better management she should not be working in customer service this is upsetting to me as I've been coming here for awhile, people should be trained to have a little bit more politeness as it's not my fault that she is possibly having a bad day.

Overall trashy store. A lot of loose debris and trash on the floor. A lot of soliciting and loitering from a lot of people there. One person inside looked like they were drunk or high off something and was dancing around in the lobby. Not a single staff person asked the individual to leave or offered to call the police. I had to ask the individual to step back from me. Staff just looked on. Wow.

Wouldn't even give this place one star. It was so dirty when I walked in. First thing I noticed was how empty and gross the shelves where. There is never any slices of pizza. Tonight there were a few ladies in front of me that asked for some cheeseburgers and the cashier was like "cheeseburgers?" Like she didn't understand what that was. And she ended up saying no there is no cheeseburgers. Probably because she didn't want to cook them or do any work. And a few years ago I got food poisoning from eating a chicken salad sub TWICE. Once we called and spoke to the manager about it and she didn't even offer me a refund or anything. This place is absolutely terrible. It's a shame.
