Employees are awful. You’ll stand around and won’t be attended to. They’ll smoke a cigarette outside and play on their cell phones. Also I asked very simple questions such as: is your hot chocolate machine working . Answer “ I don’t know “. Is your coffee machine working . Answer “ I don’t know” I will go out of my way to go to another gas station from now on even though it’s farther because of these employees. But yet again it’s Byrne dairy and they hire anybody .

Went in for milk, a fountain drink and a slice of pizza. Came out with a gallon of milk, a drink I didn’t need anymore because they didn’t have any pizza. I didn’t want to waste the drink so I did pay for it. They had 3 slices of breakfast pizza that were from the morning and it was now 5:45pm in the evening. Plus the pizza looked awful because it was so old. Then I asked how long till a new pizza comes out and was told they would check and then said nope none is cooking. They didn’t ask if I’d like to wait for them to put one in the oven and how long it would take; they just said nope! Was not happy with the customer service at all. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the lack of quality and customer service was just so disappointing :( ! I hope they train the young staff they have working for them better soon or people will choose to stop somewhere else bc they won’t want to deal with you guys not having what they wanted the last time. So now u lost the stop completely and you lost a sale not only for pizza, but also gas, milk, bread, snacks etc.!!! Hope they take action to correct this!

You go to other Byrne dairy’s they offer way more over night. I gotta be honest this is by far the worst Byrne dairy I’ve been at. And I’ve been to Cicero,central square,and Liverpool. Also Oswego. This place is a 100 times worse then any of the other ones. However Liverpool is the best by far.

Great place! A clean rest room and nice late night sandwiches. This location has everything you need ⛽🥪🍪 Thanks for the great service Mike and Shelly! We'll see you again, after deliveries with food all around town for others...this location serves and pampers us at the end of our day. Thank you Byrne Dairy and this location! 😊 🚗

Dont use your credit card at the gas pumps pay cash gaspumps are charging double your purchase. It happened to me and it 18 dollars over drawn im in the right

Called and ordered a pizza, they said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I got there about 30 minutes later and it hadn't even been started yet so we had to sit there and wait for it to be made and done. The guy said he'd only charge me half price but unless a pizza is $28 I paid full price. And if a pizza is $28 there thats insane it wasn't even that amazing.
