In my honest opinion, I prefer the Burger King in Lelystad. But Burger King Zwolle was not bad. They will see me again. The positive side is B.K Zwolle has a fountain where Lelystad does not have one. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I dont love fast food restaurants but this was the only option we had. The first issue was when we made our order at the machine we couldn't pay... so lost our precious time and had to go to another machine. The food felt fresh and warm. Floor and tables were also not sticky and thats incredible to see at this kind of places. We were with a large group so had to sit upstairs and the airco was freezing. Should i be worried if the employees go to eat at another fast food chain across the street? Also why is the food cold when you receive it even though you are eating in? Also another comment said that the employees walk around in fur coats.this is 100% true,they seem like they don’t want to be there. Can you clean the hand dryer?it has been like in the photo for AGES.

For fast food, it's ok. The service is entirely selfserved, and no matter what you order, it's going to get given in order. I ordered a sundae to finish off the night, and it took ages because a ton of people ordered burgers before me. The atmosphere was depressing. The whole, put your own meal together at those screens is very sad and it takes ages to finish as the screens load so slow. Plus, they throw in a thank you screen nobody reads. Burger King Zwolle serves a variety of meat burgers and chicken sandwiches. A nice addition are the vegan options they have. A TV screen and some background music would give the venue a real facelift. Parking lots are available and the restaurant is also wheelchair accessible. It took 30 minutes for them to make a simple burger with fries while the place was near empty. I complained about this matter and they wanted to compensate me with an icecream, but they didn’t even give it. They literally don’t care about you and they’d rather scroll on their phones instead of fulfilling orders. Also this place is a mess they rarely have clean toilets and tables. The drive through service is really good & fast. 3 times we made the mistake to walk into the restaurant and every time we were waiting for around 30-40 minutes to get the food although the place was not busy at all. 3 people trying to do the same thing at the same time ending up wondering around and doing nothing. The most irritating part is that they never ever apologize. Even when a 7th month pregnant is standing in front of them for 30-40 minutes. I don't think I have ever seen such an inefficient staff. The food is good but the service is soooooo bad. That's really a shame.
