I've been to quite a few locations recently. Most have been filthy in my opinion, especially on RT 31, Clay, NY. However, the Oswego, NY location was great. Clean, good service, excellent communication, and the manager was perfect and courteous. Men's room needed attention but they got right on it when I told them about it, and I don't usually do that. I cannot recommend the crunch wrap. I doesn't look anything like the picture of it on TV. It's much smaller and the garlic mayo they use on the classic version tastes horrible. I'm never getting that again. Just so everybody knows: they just had a price increase so they can pay for the NYS INCREASE IN HOURLY WAGES THAT STARTED ON JANUARY 1ST OF THIS YEAR. There was a long wait for the food, I was standing in line a long time with many people. I Cannot say the service was that great. When I asked questions of the employees that work there they seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about & had very dismissive attitudes. The garbage cans in the dining area were overflowing and I had a hard time getting my trash from my tray into the garbage can. Overall, it was not a good dining experience.
