Ordered online ... waited at the drive thru window for over 10 mins for my order and when I got the order I asked if there was ranch in the bag (for the 2- 8 piece nuggets that I ordered) the guy at the window said "it's in the bag" and shuts the window... I drive back home to live oak and discover not only is there no ranch in the bag but there is also no chicken nuggets in the bag. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2

Awful employees who mess up your order and then ask to see proof when you were just inside, then when they finally give in to giving me the food they didn’t put in my order I get home to open it being the wrong food. Got a refund through the app and it’s obvious why this place is the worst among the options in gridley, and why it’s always empty.
