Food quality horrible, hardly ever fresh. Drinks seem to be laid out for a long time, they taste diluted and ice is melted. They have definitely compromised their quality for speed. ✅ Nice, clean, nice to go inside this Burger Kings. 👌 Delicious burgers made very quickly. We really liked this place. 🍔🍟🥤 In Sacramento, where we live, it is impossible to go inside, because it stinks very strongly of homeless people and urine. 🤯😱🫣 Would recommend this place if you need a quick bite to eat! 👌🤩⚖️ Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

They never make your order right here. They will forget your hershey pies, not give you your recipt so hey you cant claim them. Dipping sauce dont mind asking for a certain one you will get barbacoa unles you notice before leaving. Also the worker will stop you before the window this way there timer doesnt exceed the amount of time there supposed to give you your order in. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Took it down from a 4 star to a 1 star. Burger King managers really need to drug screen test their employees more often. The lady that took my order was in another world. I had to repeat my order 3 times because she couldn't understand me. At first i though it was me so i cleared my voice and said asked for my order again. Upon arrival at the window the same lady gave me change without me even giving her money so i told her...then another employee (also a lady) didn't even know what to give me and i was literally the only customer at that time around and i knew it as a fact. Check your employees, train them, drug test them and please do better

Bad service. I went threw drive threw Burger King Moca PuertoRico. This situation happens every time I come. Pure customer service drive threw and when I come inside. What a big difference. Customer service in United States are more professional. Some fast foods in United States they will bring the food to the table. In Burger King from Moca I only receive one ketchup for my order of 🍟 fries. When I asked for more ketchup I was told by a employee that the instruction that she was told from manager was 1 ketchup for my order of fries. This has been for years iv been coming to this Burger King. It’s sow embarrassing for a chain that is valued in 2020 of market cap of 6 billion dollars they wanted to give me explanation that was not valid. Know is time to give my evaluation of pure customer service.

As many Burger Kings around the island, they are the same in service and food quality. The hours had been reduced because of the pandemic, so there is no 24 hours anymore, miss that, in part that the town is small with limited fast food variety, only Church's and McDonalds are there.

They were very responsible with the whole eating in during a global pandemic! As soon as you walk in, an employee checks your temperature & sanitizes your hands. Social distancing is very well regulated, to the point that they tell you were to sit. Only one person can order at a time. I felt very safe, & everyone was patient & courteous. The food was really good too! 👍👍
