Always need to satisfy my craving for a whopper. Went thru the drive thru with a coupon. Service was slow. The ladies did not honor the coupon. I know this because they charged regular price after leaving the place and without a receipt. Tried calling them but it went straight to answering machine. Food was room temperature to cool. This place is probably the worst fast food drive-thru I’ve ever been through. Either zero or very few of the employees speak English, which is normally fine, but those are the ones they seem to put on the drive-through speaker. Then they get your order wrong, and then the manager won’t take responsibility. The window at the drive-through has been broken For months and not fixed. This is a complete shame since the town of Benicia has few fast food places. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

More expensive and usually slow. Employees are nice but routinely forget items and don't give you receipts. Today was the second time I ordered a "deal" on the app and they forgot an item.
