This BK is the worst in the area. 1st we had to wait for nearly 5 min just for our order to be taken. Then they got our breakfast order wrong, charged us an incorrect price, and for sure acted like I was not going to get a partial refund back. Too many young kids and others who just don't care. We will absolutely NEVER visit this location again. Anyone giving this place 5 stars is delusional and was just really hungry at that moment. This place is always slow, but today they were horrible. They've got like 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and it took 30 minutes to get our order (wrong); it was missing two of the 5 items. Ordered at 1:40, got our order at 2:12, and got what was missing at 2:20. Either everyone on day shift needs to be let go or they need to step up their game. Edit: Customer service gave me a $10 coupon, which I will definitely not be using at this location. Go somewhere else, whether it's a different location or different restaurant.
