My girlfriend and I went to hear some friend's band . We ordered some food. The onion rings we ordered came out cold and I had to hunt down the server to get some salt and ketchup. It took over 45 minutes for my grilled chicken sandwich to be served. My girlfriend's burger was not served for another 20 minutes. They took $1.34 off our bill for our "inconvenience ". Then they had the unmitigated gall to add a 20% gratuity to our tab. You have lost a loyal customer and I assure you I will tell everyone who will listen about this horrible experience. The band was great. Too bad I want be able to see them a Buffs anymore.
