Food took forever. I had a chicken cob salad and the chicken was cold and tasted as if it was out of a can. My husband had a burger it was not done at all. The only thing that was good food wise was the mozzarella sticks. Our waiter was really good though. Very attentive. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

When I go to have lunch with my husband I expect to eat with my husband. We went in for lunch started on a drink and ordered food. He had a burger and ff, I ordered a chicken wrap and ff. My husband received his meal almost immediately but after waiting for about 20 minutes for mine to come out I decided to leave. I was told it was coming right out. I watched tables that came in after us get their food. They were bigger tables, all their food came out together. Still I waited and waited. The waiter did not check in with us or check to see about my food. My husband only ate the fries and waited to eat his burger for me. Needless to say, he lost his appetite after that. Not a good experience. Our server Ray, had no clue from the beginning. We asked for Maker's Mark..... she said no. Pendleton? She said, No... I can bring you a beer menu. We walked up to the bar.... they had Makers Mark. Ordered that, with a splash of Pepsi/Coke. It came with Diet Pop and not Maker's. Next, we ordered. She brought out the Cobb salad. 3 to 4 min later, she brought my tacos. Then another 4 mins she brought out the final meal. We finally were able to eat our lunch. Once done, we asked for a big to-go box. (Seeing that it was almost a full nacho left...) she brought a small round container. WTH?!?! REALLY?! She finally brought back something that the nachos would fit in. It will definitely be a while before we come back. This all was a cluster from the get go. We are currently waiting for our food, we got here at 6:30 pm and it is now 7:23. I got my food (3 piece chicken strip meal , minus 1 strip because it was still cooking) about 15 mins ago and I finally got my other strip about 3 mins ago. My husband was still waiting for his burger meal until about 2 minutes ago. The server kept apologizing for the wait, he stated that the cook was new, but we know that probably isn't true because we've been here before and this same thing has happened several times before, just not as long as this time. It was also weird that the people who got here about 10 mins after we did, got their food before we did and we basically got the same meals, one had a burger and fries and the other had boneless wings. I always feel bad for the servers because they're constantly apologizing for the wait and it's only got worse since about a year ago. They don't bring the food out for everyone at the table at one time, they'll bring it out "when it's done" and some will be done eating before others even get their food. It is now 7:40 and we've paid and are getting ready to leave. Please get this restaurant in to shape because we like it, we just would like better service out of the back of the house. This is my kid's favorite place to come. Not to mention the server, Jarred, has been consistently wonderful as a waiter with our family. It's actually pretty tough to want to take kids out someplace not McDonald's, but I've been able to bring my 6-year-old for years and my 2-year-old here for a long time and has been consistently a wonderful experience.
