Absolutely the worst experience ever went there for the first time, waiter was rude gave everyone at my table wrong food didn’t know what they was doing we waited almost 2 hours just to receive the food it was horrible do NOT recommend going here. Will never go back there again. Accidentally spilled water on the table the waiter didn’t care at all she walked pasted us 4 times while we tried to clean it up we tried getting her attention for napkins but she didn’t bother to care nor help not one bit. When we arrived, we were seated promptly. There were very few people there at the time. We arrived at 8:50 pm. After our order was taken, it took approximately 35 minutes to receive our food. We ordered a salad and wings. The big complaint was the temperature. Almost everyone in the place was wearing their coats. It was 32 degrees outside and the air conditioning was on. I asked about the heat and was told only the district manager could adjust the temperature. Seriously? An individual building has no control over their climate? I would have thought maybe it was just me, but the other patrons also were in coats. No wonder the crowd was so low on New Year’s Eve. The food was good, but the service was slow. I want to give this a much higher rating. The food was really good, but our service was horrendous. We had “chacha”. She took our drink and appetizer order, came back and slammed the cups on the table, took our food order, then didn’t come back until it was time to give us the bill. We never got our appetizer, but couldn’t catch her to actually remind her. They were busy and I understand that, but just checking back in would have been nice. I would have ordered another cocktail and my grandmother needed a refill. We also very possibly would have ordered dessert because we hadn’t eaten all day. When my grandmother said they forgot the cheese curds chacha responded “well are you full?” I’d say she lost this location at least $20-$30 just at our table with the cocktail, the appetizer, and dessert. The table beside us had the exact same problem and she had the same attitude with them so who knows how much money she has lost them tonight. She did the absolute bare minimum. It’s sad because the food was good, I had interest in many of the appetizers as well as dessert, the whiskey sour was phenomenal, and the ambiance was nice. It wasn’t too loud or too dirty and the bathrooms were clean. All around would have been an amazing experience had we been lucky enough to get a server who cared. The food was absolutely fantastic. I gave it a 1 star review due to the server (ChaCha) that we. Worst server ever! Slammwd our drinks on the table, never got our appetizer, never got mayo for sandwich, never got ketchup for our fries, and never came back to get refills for our drinks. $45 of takeout was about half of what I would have gotten at Roosters or other places. Chicken was overcooked, yet still had chunks that felt undercooked. Items were missing from the order too. We were traveling and stopped in at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Gallipolis since you can never go wrong with BWW's wings. We were really disappointed in the wings at this location. They were very dry and came out luke warm. My husband couldn't even eat his, so he told the server, and they brought out another set that were warm but still dry. The waitress that initially took our order was nice and quick, but after we got our food, she never came back to check to see how everything was, and our drink ran out.
