Ordered food today, the food was good . The fries were cold, missing some stuff. When I went back to pick up what was missing. No apologies from the person who took my order. Been a long time customer and deserved better. Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Waitress hardly came back and checked on our table. I sat with an empty drink glass for a good 15 to 20 minutes. By the time she came back, we had finished eating and were ready for our check. We were seated right away, but did not have interaction with a server for about 15 minutes. Once our food order was in we waited another 45 minutes for nachos and wings. Decided to dine in the wait time was very long so we opted to order take out. After waiting over 30 minutes for wings and fries our food was cold and the wings were not made with the requested sauce. The fries were also not prepared accordingly. When we reached out to a member of management they just told us we were confused and didn’t even offer to remake the food. We were seated right away and were able to order quickly. The appetizer was delicious and it was brought a half hour before our food, which wasn't horrible because we had time to enjoy it. I might be aging myself, but I remember when BWW was a messy experience with all the sauce on the wings. Now, they seem to barely have any sauce on them. My husband ate 2 with his fingers and didn't even have sauce on his hands. They were good, just different. The waiter was on top of drink refills and was great. I went down to eat with my mother down to this location and they sat us down and the place was surprisingly slow for a Sunday night. The customer service was really good and our server checked on us every 5 mins. The food though was not great at all. The Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich but had the Buffalo sauce and ranch on one side of the chicken sandwich. The fries were horrible it looked like McDonald’s fries. In general it’s ok but I’m sad that the food wasn’t as good as expected.

I really would want to put more stars because my expectations were high but definitely disappointed. We stopped a Monday to this location. When entering no acknowledgement to us was made. The servers were talking amongst themselves. They then processeded to sit us down. And took more than 7 minutes to have our order taken. Our drink were brought out first but our food took 35 min to come out. We heard the table next to us complain about the high wait to get the food. We waited and waited and when the food came out some dishes where missing. We had to wait additional time. The restaurant was not so busy for the slow service they provided. We saw many servers just standing there playing around and laughing. While only two servers had our area being taken care of. Was it understaffed or the employees are not carrying there own load?? Will I be coming here again? Maybe not. Because they take too long and seems the employees are there for a good time amongst themselves. A place my family and I will avoid.
