At lunch gone in twice nobody at greeting desk. Wait both times and finally lady comes out. Ask me to be seated and wait for table. Plenty of tables open no seats at bar. Found seat at bar first time while waiting. Left second time. Want go back. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

BWW is one of those chains which they're either good or bad, and this one...bad. I ordered combo - 6 bone in, 6 boneless. The wings were warm, no temp at all, and very dry. The bone in were supposed to be lemon pepper rub, but had zero flavor; the boneless were to be parm garlic, but no flavor of either. Since the wings were horrible, I sure wasn't going to eat the slaw. The fries were the better of the meal, and that's stretching it. BWW needs to take a lesson from Twin Peaks on how to make great wings. I will never visit this location again, and likely not any BWW location. I'd been better off going to Chic-fil-a. The wings were barely warm when they brought them out..told my waitress and she said she was sorry for that reason but I really doubted that..so I asked to speak to the manager..she then summoned a shift supervisor to come and speak to me.. I found out that there was an actual manager there whom they were trying to avoid calling on my behalf...the shift manager said she would give me my soda to make up for the half cold wings...I didn't want to pursue it any further...what struck my is the fact that they really did not want to be accountable for the wings being served sub-par at all...as if they wanted to be sure that they did not lose any money on their main entree being wings..employees were in the no loss mode very strongly

Been here a few times. When my husband, cousin and I went a few months ago we got the loaded nachos & Buffalo Wild Tots - delicious. My husband, cousin, aunt, uncle and I went this past Saturday. We all ordered: Dirty Dub Tots, Buffalo Wild Tots, boneless wings Garlic Parmesan & Asian zing flavor, Loaded Bird Dawg, Sampler, Wild Bloody Mary and some type of Berry Margarita. They liked everything. I had the Loaded Bird Dawg & I thought it was delicious! My husband had ordered that Wild Bloody Mary & he said it was spicy, but good. Picked up to go on a busy College Football filled Saturday night. Terina working the to go counter was exceptionally attentive. She had everything ready, order was 100% correct, had everyone double checking their orders before leaving, all while running back and forth to retrieve more to go orders. Anyways, she deserves a shoutout so hopefully the manager gets this notification since it’s a 5 star.
