Tuesday is all you can eat Barbecue ribs and chicken and, while not the best I've ever had, they were quite good and they kept serving until I was finished. My wife had the grilled Mahi with Creole sauce which she liked, although the Creole sauce isn't what you'd expect if you are a fan of Louisiana cooking. Being right on the beach allows for some lovely pictures

One of the best beach bars. They were extremely busy but I got a seat right away.
I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely helpful and help me with finding a seat and taking my order.
I got the guavaberry colada for a drink and it was amazing.
I ordered the fried conch fritters for an appetizer and they were incredible. They were extremely crispy and flavorful.
And then for the main dish, I got the grilled mahi-mahi with fried plantains. The fish was grilled perfectly and the plantains were fried perfectly and very sweet.

This place used to be fine but it's really gone straight into the wall. Staff are not helpful, not motivated and simply don't care.
We took a seat during lunch time, the place was rather empty. We waited 10min until someone decided to give us the menu. Then again waited 10min until someone asked for our order. Again, the place was empty, the waiter was neither motivated nor friendly. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 pizza and 3 cokes. 15min after our order, the drinks arrived. 50min after our order the pizza arrived (undercooked) and an additional 10min later, the burgers arrived with undercooked fries.
We had finished our drinks by the time the food arrived. The waiter neither took the empty plastic cups and cans away, nor did he offer any other drinks.
AVOID THAT PLACE. Really. You're better off going to the Roxxy or thai Avantika nearby which have not just better and more friendly service, but also better quality of food!
Really, I advise not to come to the buccaneer unless they seriously go over their F&B management.

Buccaneer is one of those places that just fits for everyone. And it’s certainly one of the best places to eat and have a good time without breaking the bank. Sit around the wooden picnic tables right on the beach or on the wooden deck while enjoying the mesmerizing sunsets that are right in front all year around. Enjoy beer bucket specials, Pina coladas or other frozen cocktails to cool down a little bit. Getting hungry? Easy dishes, such as ribs & chicken, burger, pizza, sandwiches and snacks all mostly serves with round up the menu.
And the staff is always nice and ready to help you.
Ooh and if you enjoy live music, make sure to visit on Saturday night with local artist Percy Rankin playing Live Reggae music.
Overall Buccaneer offers a great price/quality ratio and at the perfect spot on Kim Sha Beach.
This bar was close to our air bnb. We ventured down there our first night and enjoyed some food along with some beverages. During our five night stay we walked quite a bit so we typically popped in during the day or in the evening while on route to our next adventure. We spent one afternoon having buckets of beer while enjoying the beautiful beach. I really enjoyed their buffalo wings and their burger. Their drink prices were great too! We loved the service and the atmosphere.

Chicken and Wings with Fries
My guy and I walked down the hill to try this place out. The food is good..not great. The Johnny cakes were not good.. compared to all the other spots we had them. I didn't finish mine and I always finish a Johnny cake. He liked his ribs and his fries. They had live music.. that was cool and we went for happy hour. The Pina colada was good. The atmosphere is nice..on the beach. It wouldn't be my first place to go but I would re visit
