I have picked up Grubhub orders there a few times. I always stand where it says pick up deliveries but every single time no ever acknowledges the drivers they just ignore you standing there. So today I waited 3 minutes for the young man to acknowledge me ( mind you I can see the order already ready & he knows I'm here) Finally I go to the restroom, come back out & there is now a line of 2 guests so I'm waiting more time. I need this business to know that Grubhub customers orders are paid for while drivers are waiting for staff to finish helping walk in customers. It wasn't even busy, just no acknowledgement at all. So I ask to speak to the manager to address my concerns & Monica made up so many excuses its pathetic. Can we do better with organization in 2024? We work for the same person= THE CUSTOMER! Service: 1
