Excellent pastries and great gluten free options to choose from daily. Including bread for sandwiches and corn tortillas. Whenever I’m in Hermosa playing volleyball I’ll come by before or after for a treat or a meal. Staff have always been friendly as well! The cookies… oh my. Tried the Oreo sandwich, choc chip, and chocolate with 🥜 butter. All were delicious. Now I want to go back and try more. The worker was super friendly when telling us about all pastry options! Tons of seating. Would definitely go back to do work and also try the food. Really impressed with BOLT! Excellent selection of pastries, cookies, etc. but the star of the show is the made to order breakfast and lunch menu--bowls, sandwiches, and specials like chilaquiles-- make you crave this spot. The dining area is a little funky in a mostly good way, with plenty of space to spread out in a back patio, covered area our outdoor patio space. Nice little bakery and breakfast cafe. Came here several times. Had pancakes, the ultimate breakfast sandwich, corn beef hash, breakfast burrito, and coffee. Pancakes were yummy. Corn beef hash and eggs would have been great if it weren’t for Brussel sprouts! 😢. Breakfast Burrito was OK, the ultimate breakfast sandwich was pretty darn tasty! Coffee was very good.
