Order food yesterday 3/4 for my family around 65$ at the end, unfortunately every piece of chicken smelt like burnt chicken upon further inspection pieces of the breading on every single piece was partially burnt. Oh and mash potatoes and gravy are suppose to come with gravy. BAD SERVICE.. Had a very pleasant young lady take my order tonight (in the drive-through). She took my payment, then switched to another young lady who seem to just not care. My order was messed up. Got all the way home. Found out that it was messed up. Came back to get it corrected and the same unpleasant young lady met me at the inside register. Again, demonstrating a very indifferent attitude, not really caring that the order was messed up at all. Not even apologizing for it. Must be a regular thing at this location. As someone who hires and terminates folks regularly at the business I work for, I understand that it’s very hard these days to find anyone who has any kind of a work ethic. But this was totally subpar.

Placed online order, until I got ready to pick my order they realized there was an order placed online. They told me they had no more chicken. I requested a refund and they said no, that I had to go thru the app, but clearly they had already taken my money out of my bank account. Service: 1

I ordered a large mac and cheese today. It tastes like and i can also see the flakes from the dirty rice they had. It’s as if they mixed the spoon from one side to give mine. I don’t understand why.. i will not be going back. Do better bojangles. It used to be real good to be here and have a quick meal. Not so much anymore.

This has to be one of the worst run BJ I have been too. One employee fix his own food while there was at lease 7 people in line waiting for there’s. The staff is very poorly managed and the supervisor has no control of them. Some employees were arguing about there break instead of taken care of the customers. Service: 1
