Customer service could be improved. As someone who's been a Bobo’s regular since their days on Weddington Dr., it's a bit disheartening to have to share this experience. I recently swung by for some drinks and teriyaki before picking up my niece from school. When I called ahead, they mentioned they only accept pre-orders for 6 items, yet I only needed 5. I tried explaining my situation, mentioning that popping in to order would make me late for picking up my niece. I even offered to pay in advance to smooth things over. Unfortunately, after being on hold for 5 minutes, I had to hang up. Despite a few more attempts to reach them, I couldn’t get through. I believe that there may have been a miscommunication or oversight, and I sincerely hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the customer service experience at Bobo's.
